The trophies are sponsored by HOME PRO.

Entertainment will be provided from 9h00 – 10h00 by the singer and songwriter, BB, who performed with Koos Kombuis ( www.birgit.co.za ) and will sing her own original songs with a sound system, sponsored by Music Mate (www.musicmate.co.za).

Ian Roothman, owner of NUTRITION LAB and main sponsor of this event, will be present to give information regarding his products and supply them at special prices.

This championship will give the top lifters in Pretoria the opportunity to compete for the Gauteng North titles while showing off their skills and strength.

A number of OXYGEN members ( Chaos Hardcore Barbell ) will participate and invite anyone from Pretoria to take them on.

Reg Park sadly passed away on Thursday. He will be remembered as the guru of all South African gymrats.

We want all the strongmen, powerlifters, weightlifters and everybody who is serious about hardcore, balls-to-the-walls training to join us.

We don’t just want anybody because we`re not like everyone in the gym. WE DON`T DO NORMAL !!

If you just do “some light training to stay in shape” we don`t understand you. In fact, when you’re in the gym – you`re probably in our way.

If you`re psycho -obsessed about your workout, we understand. Our eyes bleed too. If your woman ( or man ) threatens to leave you because you`re ” unbalanced ” we can relate and you will fit in with us like a 50 kg plate on a fat bar !!
